Two New Ideas
Wood chips are perfect for mulching. We had about 100 L of this natural material and we used this mulch for our trees. The idea was to sell mulch as a cross-selling product, but if not – we always can apply mulching in the tree growing process. In August 2021 we got necessary equipment – wood chipper.
In September we produced 1500 L of wood chips and almost immediately sold it to Ecovisio. So we earned $170. The most interesting thing is that we can also involve vulnerable Youth. They can sift wood chips and do this very well. The second idea is very interesting too – herbal tea production. It will allow vulnerable people who cannot walk a lot, but can sit and produce fermented herbal tea.
