AO Feed-Back
AO Feed-Back launched an impactful project to provide clean, affordable water to 1,000 residents across two neighborhoods in Basarabeasca, while promoting environmental sustainability. With a budget of $7,500, the organization has prioritized the installation of two water purification equipment stands, or “water ATMs,” strategically placed in front of the local youth center and near Basarabeasca’s central area. The initiative aims to offer water at prices lower than local stores, reducing reliance on disposable plastic bottles and promoting healthier habits.
In addition to installing the water ATMs, AO Feed-Back has actively educated the community on the benefits of drinking clean water. The team published numerous health articles, organized two public seminars, and partnered with the local Red Cross to amplify their message. To spread awareness further, they distributed 200 information pamphlets to residents.
As the water ATMs are being installed, AO Feed-Back remains committed to advocating for clean water access. The organization plans to extend its efforts to nearby villages facing similar challenges. With 98 youth volunteers contributing a remarkable 400 hours of service, this project has become a testament to community engagement and collaboration.
AO Feed-Back’s initiative not only addresses the immediate need for clean water but also inspires lasting change through education and sustainable practices.
